1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning, alternatively you can use our contact form or email us here. We aim to respond to all inquiries the same day.
 
2. What do the prices include?
All prices include free delivery and safety instruction. You will also receive a blower, all weather extension cable, ground sheet, circuit breaker and crash mat/s, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
 
3. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
 
4. How do I pay?
Strictly cash on delivery before setup.
 
5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Castles and other equipment are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
 
6. Do you hire overnight?
We do not hire inflatable units overnight. Lights are available overnight.
 
7. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible. You can contact us on the day as we may have availability.
 
8. How much does it cost?
All prices can be viewed against the products. There are no hidden extras.
 
9. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties with a bouncy castle are in the afternoon. We base our prices on  8 hours hire 10am-6pm. Lights are delivered in the afternoon and collected the next morning On booking we will discuss your time slot. We will deliver and set up your castle before 10am and pick up at 6pm although pick up time can be arranged to suit, it can be no later than 8.00pm.
 
10. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply everything you will need for the castle; you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. You will also need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc.
 
11. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. When you booked, you booked it with good intentions. Things happen, plans change. We do not charge for cancellations. 
 
12. What if it rains?
Most castles have built in rain covers. However if the rain is heavy and constant, for safety reasons we will advise you not to go ahead with the booking. There will be no cost to you. 
 
13. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
On a very slight slope it may be ok, we are more than happy to visit before you book at no cost.
 
14. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
It takes approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. Times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
 
15. How much space is needed?
There must be a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side. Please make sure all garden furniture and garden toys, swings etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
 
16. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.We also supply terms and conditions of hire which need to be signed by the hirer on delivery.
 
17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Children’s inflatables have an age limit of 12 years and 1.2 metres. The "Turret" inflatables are suitable for all up to 1.8 metres.
 
18. Do you hire out castles for parties indoors?
Yes we do indoor hires especially over winter. We will need to know the internal height of the indoor venue and it must have mains power electric. We secure the indoor castles using anchor points and sandbags.
